What is Freckles Express?

Freckles Express is our 48 hour express service. We’re your go-to source for fast, custom-printed apparel and promotional items with quick turnaround times and easy ordering.

How does it work?

It’s easy! Upload your print-ready artwork and choose your garments. Our team reviews your design, sends an approval email, and moves your order into production. We ship within 48 hours of artwork approval.

Design & Artwork

I don't have a design. Can you help?

Yes! The in-house team at Freckles Graphics can help bring your ideas to life. Just send us your concept, and we’ll help you create something awesome. You can contact us here.

What is print-ready artwork?

Print-ready artwork is properly sized, high-resolution (at least 300 DPI), and in a usable format. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, high-res PNG, and high-res JPG files. If you already have an embroidery file, we can also use DST format. Not sure if your file is ready? Send it our way and we’ll check it for you.

Why was my order not approved?

Your artwork may have issues such as copyright concerns, low resolution, or restricted content. We’ll always let you know what needs to be fixed and help you make it right so we can proceed with your order.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, high-resolution PNG and JPG files. For embroidery, we can also work with DST files. Not sure if your file is usable? Just send it over—we’re happy to take a look.

Currently, we offer t-shirts, hoodies, polos, performance apparel, headwear, drinkware, and DTF stickers.

Do you offer eco-friendly products?

Yes! We offer a selection of sustainable apparel and promo items. Let us know if you’d like to see eco-friendly options.

Ordering & Shipping

When will my order be ready?

Your order will ship within 48 hours after artwork approval. If you’re on a tight schedule, let us know—we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline.

What are your shipping options?

We offer:

• Free shipping on orders over $150
• Standard USPS mail service
• Expedited shipping (extra cost)
• Free local pickup from our shop

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer free local pickup. Just select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Because everything we make is custom, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end. If there’s an issue, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
